Mukta Mohan, Vice President, Higher Ground Audio

Mukta Mohan is a podcast producer and former radio DJ based in Los Angeles. She is VP of Higher Ground Audio, President Obama and Michelle Obama's podcast company. Previously, she developed and produced podcasts at Crooked Media and MTV News. Mukta is an Executive Producer of the podcasts Renegades: Born In The USA, The Michelle Obama Podcast, and This Land, among others. She is also a board member at the Tiyya Foundation, a non-profit that provides support for refugees, immigrants and indigenous communities.
