Joel Lovell is the executive editor of Pineapple Street Studios, where he has edited many of their original narrative podcasts, including "Missing Richard Simmons," "9/12" and "Wind of Change." Prior to coming to Pineapple, Joel was the executive editor at This American Life, where he also worked on the first two seasons of "Serial." Before moving into audio, he was the deputy editor of The New York Times Magazine.
