Social Media Producer at Fast CompanyApril 26, 2022 ABOUT THE ROLE: At Fast Company, we see social media as an expression of our first-rate journalism, storytelling, and design, as critical to our success as what the articles we publish online, or in print, or on any other medium. In this role, the Social Media Producer will create, manage, and schedule day-to-day social media content across Fast Company’s social channels. On Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter, the goal will be to engage and expand Fast Company’s community of followers. The Social Media Producer will also assist on visual- and video-first social platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest, in partnership with our creative and video teams. The Social Media Producer will follow larger media trends and strategy shifts, and work with the Social Media Director to maintain Fast Company’s unique brand voice across all platforms. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, strategic, goals-oriented, multi-tasking creative thinker who has some digital and multimedia experience. A passion for technology and/or business journalism is strongly encouraged. This position is represented by the Fast Company and Inc. union the Writers Guild of America-East.
